The Russian business delegation came to visit Homevalley

On the morning of November 27, 2019, the Russian business delegation visited, studied and exchanged with each other in Homevalley.

Homevalley innovation space area, the members of the delegation were very interested in the vending machines in the rest area, and the staff of Homevalley  demonstrated how to use it. The members of the delegation said: "In Russia, such unmanned vending machines need you to download different apps before you can use it, and the Chinese unmanned vending machine only needs WeChat or Alipay, whose function is very user-friendly. " During the visit, the delegation asked some events in detail like the incubation conditions and support policies 


 
After the visit, the staff of Homevalley introduced the founding process, partners, business scope, and future planning of Homevalley, focusing on the business scope. And then, Ms. Jane, the senior HR, and Mr. Yu Jun the leader of Yitong Health made a sharing exchange.


 
Ms. Jane has more than 20 years of human resource management work experience, nearly 15 years in automotive parts companies, and human resources development in the Asia-Pacific region of wholly foreign-owned enterprises. She was previously a project manager at Baosteel. As Huawei as an example, she shared her views on human resources planning. She said: "Huawei will not provide senior management positions to people which are without basic management experience. Don't believe in absolute fairness. Don't pursue too much speed and lose goals. Hurry will result fail. "




 
Mr. Yu Jun told the delegation about Yitong's founding history, business scope and future planning. As a health insurance platform and service provider, Yitong Health has successfully provided population health services to multiple insurance companies, serving more than 10 million people. At the end of the event, Mr. Qiu Jian, the founder of Homevalley, was invited by the visiting delegates to participate in Q & A sessions with Ms. Jane and Mr. Yu Jun, and conducted in-depth discussions on business construction and development with Russian business representatives.
