On November 20, 2019, the third season of "QingChuangHui" Yangpu entrepreneurship and innovation youth support service plan - "promoting the concept of integrity and promoting efficient development" special event was successfully held in the Party member service center of Yangpu District, University road.
This activity is jointly sponsored by the Yangpu District Committee of the Communist Youth League, Yangpu District Judicial Bureau, Yangpu District Central Enterprise Service Center and Yangpu District Youth Federation, and hosted by Homevalley, Shanghai. Chen Minxing, deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League District Committee, introduced the youth innovation and entrepreneurship service brand of "QingChuangHui". More than 100 young entrepreneurs and some representatives of young entrepreneurs from Yangpu District participated in the activity.
Sun Xia, chief of the credit supervision and management department of the district market supervision and administration bureau, started from the three parts of "enterprise credit publicity", "the beginning and operation process of the enterprise" and "the enterprise will no longer operate", and combined with the actual cases to answer the problems encountered in the "enterprise credit" in the enterprise operation process and the handling methods.
Gao Pei, director of Shanghai Dao'en law firm, focused on the issue of "external and internal characteristics in equity transfer of the company", and reminded the young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs on the scene: "The registration principle shall be changed in time after equity transfer, otherwise the lawsuit of implementing dissent cannot be excluded (the judgment of confirming rights can be supported, and the transfer of ownership cannot be excluded)."
In the free question and answer session, young entrepreneurs put forward various questions about "business operation", and the lecturers answered them one by one.
