On November 14, 2019, under the guidance of Shanghai Talent Service Center and hosted by Shanghai Yangpu high level talent innovation and entrepreneurship service center, the 25th anniversary of the construction of China Overseas Students' entrepreneurship Park and the theme day activity of "creative power · new enterprise point" Yangpu Park of Shanghai innovation park style exhibition series were successfully concluded.
 
The leaders present at the event include Wang Haikun, deputy director of Shanghai Talent Service Center, Li Ping, deputy director of Shanghai Talent Service Center, and Zhu Gefei, director of Shanghai Yangpu high level talent innovation and entrepreneurship service center.
 

 
At the beginning of the event, Wang Haikun, deputy director, gave a welcome speech. He warmly welcomed leaders at all levels, representatives of overseas high-level talents and representatives of various enterprises attending the event. Later, he made a brief review of the establishment process of Shanghai's regional innovation parks. He hoped that Yangpu District's innovation parks could be better and better, and help overseas returnees to solve the entrepreneurial problems, so as to vigorously promote the gathering role of overseas returnees' innovative entrepreneurs and the innovation and entrepreneurship construction and development of overseas high-level talents.
 

 
Zhu Gefei introduced the superior geographical location of Yangpu District and three "Centennial civilization" - Centennial University, Centennial industry and Centennial municipal administration.
It is pointed out that the "3310 talent introduction plan" is a special plan launched by Yangpu District to actively implement the national talent strategy, combined with regional characteristics and resource advantages, and guided by the construction of a national innovation oriented urban area, aiming at serving the innovation and entrepreneurship practice of overseas high-level talents in an all-round, all-weather and all-round way. It is also the only plan launched for overseas high-level talents in Shanghai.
 

Detailed introduction of "3310 talent introduction plan"

In the interpretation of the special funds for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai, the main speaker is Mr. Zhang Wei from the service center for small and medium-sized enterprises in Yangpu District. Mr. Zhang gave a comprehensive answer to the four contents of the organization declaration, recommendation, preliminary examination and follow-up inspection of various projects of the special funds for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai.
 
After the meeting, the staff of Shanghai Yangpu District high level talent center answered questions for representatives of various enterprises and overseas high level talents.

 
 
In the afternoon, Wang Jian, deputy general manager of inclusive Department of Shanghai Branch of Bank of communications, shared the loan policy. He said that in order to thoroughly implement the national policy of serving entrepreneurship and innovative small and micro enterprises, the Bank of communications continued to improve its technological and financial service capacity, and formed the "five special" mechanism of specialized institutions, professional cooperation, exclusive products, special policies, and special risk control, with solid progress in various businesses, It is hoped that this policy of Bank of communications can provide financing and loan support for start-ups.



 
After vice president Wang Jian's detailed loan policy sharing, the last link of this activity followed closely. Six groups of excellent entrepreneurial teams brought their project roadshows, most of which were composed of overseas high-level talents, to share their own entrepreneurial process and entrepreneurial project display.
 
The 25th anniversary of the construction of China Overseas Students Pioneer Park and the theme day of Yangpu Park, a series of activities of "creating power and new enterprise point", was successfully held in Shanghai Talent Service Center.
