2 Wonderful Review

After the host introduction, Eva, from Homevalley, gave a brief introduction of the overview of Homevalley, which sounded similar to “Silicon Valley” in Chinese and shared the meaning of “return”. Homevalley built a bridge of talent services at home and abroad in 6 business fields: entrepreneurial space, corporate consulting and services, global talent banking, talent colleges, innovative sales platforms, and conference services, providing resources support to entrepreneurship counseling, market docking, and investment and financing services to support the high-level talents.

Barry & Rose couple talked about the career process and shared how to balance work and family.

When talking about work, Rose said: “The cross-border work is a breakthrough for me. It is a new opportunity to restart life. Every challenge means a new opportunity. I often think of it as keys to break the rules.

For example, all entrepreneurs are faced with the challenge of capital and resources. Limited resources may limit our development, but it will also prompt us to think outside the box. Other challenges include fear of failure and concern for the outside world, how to overcome them depends on what kind of attitudes. At present, the biggest challenge for me is to learn to let go and ask for help, learn to trust and distribute work reasonably, and don't turn self-expectation into stress and anxiety. Here, I am especially grateful to my husband. He reminds me of the priority of doing things from time to time like a tutor; to my friends, who help me relieve stress; to two business partners, who cooperate with me; to the energy and a more macro world view that God has empowered to.”

Mr. McInerney told his story of business startup firstly. At the end, he said: "I am in favor of my wife starting a business and pursuing her dreams. Women should not be limited by family. Our company recruits many excellent women and asks them to do where they are good at."
