On October 26th, hosted by the Shaoxing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shaoxing Municipal People's Government, organized by the Talent Work Leading Group Office of Shaoxing Municipal Committee, the Shaoxing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Yuecheng District Committee of the Communist Party of Shaoxing, and the Yuecheng District People's Government of Shaoxing, executed by Shanghai Homevalley, the ‘Concentrating on innovation, motivating the future’ event the finals of the 1st Global Digital Economy Startup Contest of Shaoxing China(hereinafter referred to as the finals) completed successfully and drew a perfect end for the 1st Global Digital Economy Startup Contest of Shaoxing China.
Leaders attended the finals included Wang Guobiao, the Deputy Director of the Organization Department of Shaoxing Municipal Committee and the Executive Deputy Director of Shaoxing Municipal Committee Talents Office; Zhao Langping, Secretary of the Communist Youth League of the Shaoxing Municipal Committee; Ke Jianhua, Deputy Director of the Shaoxing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Ying Yaogang, the Organization Minister and the standing committee of the Yuecheng District Committee of Shaoxing; Shi Shengyuan, deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League of Shaoxing Municipal Committee, and Xie Jing, director of the Yuecheng District Talents Work Bureau.
Deputy Director Ke Jianhua made an opening speech for the finals. He pointed out that Shaoxing was a ‘"Hometown of Celebrities’ with a wealth of talents, such as Wang Yangming, Lu Xun and Qian Sanqiang. Today Shaoxing was carrying out the work of talents introduction vigorously and provides a series of preferential policies to solve the difficulties and problems of employment and housing for the talents. Welcome all of you to Shaoxing for tourism, entrepreneurship and settlement.
The contest invited Sui Wenquan, partner of the Vast Capital Management; Sun Xiaohan, partner of Granview Capital; Wang Dongxue, managing partner of American Wehome; Fu Weihua, founder of McCowan Group Inc. and Liu Dong , vice president of De Venture Capital Investment and special guests, Qiu Jian, President of Shanghai Homevalley and Roger Chahine, founder of Day223Ventures, New York America.

‘Our group uses original technology to make plant-based bio-degradable materials reach the scale of traditional plastic mechanical properties. Now it is mainly used in agriculture to help farmers realize ecological chain recycling, so as to save production costs. In the future, we hope that the government can pay attention to the agricultural environmental protection, apply this technology to all parts of the country and even the world. By using inexhaustible plant materials make the earth more livable and can contribute to the environmental protection.’

Mr. Qiu Jian, Chairman of Shanghai Homevalley, delivered a summary speech of the finals, he said ‘I am looking forward to hold more grand entrepreneurial events with better quality in Shaoxing, and I wish all the participating entrepreneurs have a better future.’

After the first, second and third prizes were settled in Shaoxing, they could be directly identified as Shaoxing ’Talents of Home and Abroad Plan’ Class A, B and C projects, with funding of RMB 5 million, 3 million, 1 million respectively and free to choose to settle in the relevant district, county (city) and municipal direct development zones. At the same time, you could enjoy a series of entrepreneurial support policies such as venue support, sales incentives, venture capital follow-up rewards, entrepreneurship development grants, loan interest subsidies, financing support, as well as a series of service guarantee policies such as housing ticket subsidies, children's education, and medical care.
The group won the first, second and third prize would accept the reward in the opening ceremony of ‘2019 Talents Summit Meeting by Shaoxing China, City of Prominent Figures and the National Future Technology Digital Economy Summit Forum’, which was successfully held in Shaoxing Hotel in the morning of October 27th. At the end of the contest, Ke Jianhua, deputy director of the Shaoxing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Ying Yaogang, the organization minister and standing committee member of Shaoxing Yuecheng District Committee awarded to the representatives of project groups who won the ‘Most Potential Award’ of the contest.
