On September 21, 2019, “concentrating on innovation, motivating the future” The 1st Global Digital Economy Startup Contest of Shaoxing China was successfully held.

The contest was organized around the "digital economy". There were 11 projects participating in the competition. They had the same goal to won the access to the "Shaoxing Finals" competing with other outstanding projects.

Before the official start of the competition, Ying Yaogang, member of the Standing Committee of the Yuecheng District Committee of Shaoxing City and head of the organization department, told the story of “Shaoxing City Development History”. Shaoxing was accelerating the construction of infrastructure, including transportation construction and park development by providing high quality projects, striving to build a modern city with a strong historical heritage. He also welcomed everyone to travel, invest and settle in Shaoxing.

The contest invited Qiu Jian, the founder of Shanghai Homevalley; Sui Wenquan, the president of Shanghai Hanyang Capital; Lv Shunhui, the founding partner of Shanghai Wenqin Capital; Shao Qiliang, the partner of Promising Capital; Pan Jinzhao, the capital partner of Zhonglu, and people from other leading venture capital institutions as judges.

After three hours of fierce competition, 3 teams stood out from the 11 teams having the access to the finals:“MiniSilicon” and “Multi-dimensional Sensing Security System Based on Intelligent Diagnostic Technology” and “ROBTEX”. Congratulations to the three winning teams and hoped they would get good results in the finals.

Award-winning Project Introduction

 MiniSilicon

MiniSilicon was committed to becoming a high-performance analog chip design company with independent intellectual property rights. It was developing ultra-high-speed optical communication chips to lead 5G communication and big data exchange technology, and developing precision clock distribution chips which filled the domestic gap.

Multi-dimensional Sensing Security System Based on Intelligent Diagnostic Technology

The field developed by the team was based on the existing security system application architecture, combining the domestic leading multi-dimensional sensing technology to build an intelligent sensing security system for industry users. In the field of multi- dimensional sensing machine intelligence diagnosis, it owned a core key technology with technical difficulties on a global scale. It was the first to apply multi-sensor-based machine learning technology to the security field, and independently develop a multi-dimensional sensing security system based on intelligent diagnosis technology. By using intelligent diagnostic technology, multi-dimensional information collection was performed on the perimeter by sensing optical cables laid on the physical perimeter and pattern recognition intelligent analysis to accurately distinguish between interference behavior and intrusion behavior.

ROBTEX

The team had the only official authorization for the robotex world robot competition. There were many kinds of robot competitions on the market, but the international competition with high value was very rare, while robotex, a competition originating from European campus, attracted more than 3,000 contestants from more than 40 countries to compete on the same stage every year with its perfect competition rules and active atmosphere. The team provided systematic courses about the competition and sent high-level teachers to schools and institutions, and opened robot labs or workshops in universities or primary and secondary schools, and also selected excellent equipment suppliers and developed kits for learning robotics.
