On September 3rd, 2019, sponsored by Shanghai Yangpu District Talent Work Leading Group Office, organized by Homevalley, the final of Shanghai Yangpu 4th Star of Startups Global Contest began in Homevalley Company.
Since 2016, the ‘Stat of Startups Global Contest’ had been successfully held for 3 times. It had won the full support of more than 50 well-known investment institutions and more than 100 authoritative experts. This competition collected over 3400 innovative entrepreneurial projects from all talents, and selected 400 outstanding projects from them. Meanwhile, it had received high attention from various industries and a large exposure of major mainstream media.
On the basis of the previous 3 years, the scale of the 4th Shanghai Yangpu Star of Startups Global Contest was comprehensively updated and had collected over 1000 talents innovative entrepreneurial projects worldwide. Holding the competition standard of fairness and justice, we invited investors from Guanhe Assets, Hongzhang Capital, Wofan Equity Investment Fund, Vstar management, Shuidishi Fund to serve as judges.
Project Overview
On the first day of the final, a total of 15 entrepreneurial projects were displayed, focusing on the field of consumer upgrades. The next decade would be the golden age of consumption upgrades. It would be brand renewal in segmentation and new scenarios, so any category should generate new brands. In the Internet industry, consumption upgrades had also led to a number of new ventures.
‘The opportunity of consumption upgrade came from the substitution and subversion of categories, providing a new generation of consumers with alternatives to traditional products. New consumer upgrades had better products, higher quality, better consumer experiences and with new categories and types coming out’. In this sense, consumption upgrades were not only in product innovation, but also adversely affecting upstream and downstream supply chains.

Kuaishou Axiu was an industrial Internet company in the home appliance industry. Through the S2b2c empowerment supply chain and retail terminals, it realized direct supply from manufactures as well as guarantee genuine and low prices. Axiu enhanced the operating capacity of home appliance through the self-developed SAAS store management system. It had served nearly 10000 home appliance sellers for their scale expanding, cost reducing and profits increasing. With the help of Axiu’s system, the stores achieved standardized operation and 5S supporting services integration. Ultimately, it improved the efficiency of industrial circulation, optimized the industrial structure, and promoted the development of the entire industry.

What caught the judges’ eyes was that the new favor of consumers-“LELECHA” had also come to the competition. “Tea will make a new definition of fashion trends and become a new lifestyle for young Chinese groups”. LELECHA emerged as a [consumer upgrade] brand, under the business circumstance of consumption habits changing among 90s and 00s, through the social media and short videos it went to the consumers and expanded the market, and tried to establish a social connection likes confidants with fans.

Oppenfuture
The oppenfuture had independently developed a core technology for light field capture of physical objects and environments. It could bring real objects and environments into virtual environments more quickly and realistically, and directly display or re-edit them into new media and interactive media. This core technology could rapidly add extremely realistic 3D content to future AR/MR scenarios, enriching the AR/MR applications. It was worth mentioning that, under the unremitting endeavor in the past 2 years, oppenfuture had gradually taken the lead in technology in the world. Through a number of patent developed and researched independently, oppenfuture was the first company that applying light field collection and drawing technology in mobile termination in the world.
