On July 5th, the 2 days road show of the semifinal of 2019 the 4th Shanghai Yangpu ‘Star of Start-ups’ global Contest USST division was successfully ended.

In addition to energy conservation and environmental protection projects, the comprehensive session of the USST division had gathered a large number of superior startup projects, covering artificial intelligence, biomedicine, education services logistics and many other fields. Moreover, a young entrepreneur for German introduced his entrepreneurial experiences and development progress of his project to the jury with very fluent Chinese. And entrepreneurs from Toronto Canada, despite of the time zone, presented the road show of their projects via live connecting streaming.

After listening to the wonderful project road shows of these entrepreneurs, the juries were very vocal to provide suggestions to each participating project earnestly, pointing out that project should focus on both technology innovation and business value, pay attention to the advantage of startup team background as well as the connection of market.
The overall quality of the projects in the division had also been approved by the jury. Although a part of the entrepreneurial projects just began, the teams were rich in experience, and some of the projects were relatively mature and had achieved good market feedback.
After 2 days of wonderful road shows, the Yangpu Star of Start-ups USST division comprehensive session went to an end successfully. But the pace of innovation and entrepreneurship did not stop, the semifinal competition continued to contend.
