All participating companies can sign up by scanning the QR code to follow Homevalley's Wechat , through the competition's official website (http://2018.homevalley.net) or through their represented incubators. Participants should fill in the complete, accurate and real registration information as required.
 

• Preliminary Rules

1. Preliminaries time: July 1 to July 14.
2. Each park, incubator and institution will organize their own respective selection. A total of 600 companies are recommended to enter the semi-finals.
3. The list of companies that will advance to the quarter-finals will be announced on the official website of the competition as well as Homevalley's Wechat.
 

• Quarter-final Rules

1. Quarter-finals time: July 15 to August 14.
2. The professional and investment institution judges will conduct online selection and choose 300 companies to enter the semi-finals. The list of companies selected for the semi-finals will be announced on the official website of the competition and Homevalley's Wechat.
 

• Semi-final Rules

1. Semi-finals time: August 15 to Sefptember 14.
2. The participating company must send their newest road show PPT (named in the format: project name - the applicant's name) to the competition's official e-mail address: 2018@homevalley.net before the semi-finals. If it is overdue, the road show PPT will be the same as the previously submitted BP.
3. 300 companies that advance to the semi-finals will be assigned to competition venues accordingly for an on-site road show evaluation by the judges. The participating companies will conduct road shows (10 minutes) and defenses (5 minutes) on site. The judges will select 150 companies to advance to the finals.
4. The presenter participating in the road show must be the founder or the key member of the company.
5. The on-site judges will be invited by the organizers. There will be 7 judges each venue.
6. The scoring rubric shall be jointly collected and verified by the staff of the competition venue, the organizers of the competition and the assessment team leader. The list of companies selected for the finals competition will be announced on the official website of the competition as well as Homevalley's Wechat.
 

• Final Rules

1. Finals time: late September.
2. The participating company must send their newest road show PPT (named in the format: project name - the applicant's name) to the competition's official e-mail address: 2018@homevalley.net before the finals. If it is overdue, the BP used in the semi-finals will be used again.
3. The presenter participating in the road show must be the founder or the key member of the company.
4. The 150 companies selected for the finals will be evaluated by the on-site judges at the main stadium, and the participating companies will conduct a project road show (10 minutes) and a defense (5 minutes.) The judges will select 100 projects for the final awards list.
5. The on-site judges will be invited by the organizers. There will be 7 judges present.
6. The scoring rubric will be collected and verified by the organizers of the competition and the assessment team leader. The rankings will be announced on the official website of the competition as well as Homevalley's Wechat.
 

• Rewards

The rewards system for this competition uses the Yangpu District government support funds, venture capital, and financial institutions to provide innovative financing for the participants. The total support fund is about 200 million RMB and supports 100 winning companies. (Specific support methods refer to the competition official website: http://2018.homevalley.net).
 

• Backup Measures

If companies fail to attend the semi-finals, finals, or unable to fulfill the requirements to win the awards within the specific time due to their own reasons, they will be disqualified. The competition organizer will initiate backup measures and allow companies in subsequent order to take the spot, and provide them with the same qualifications and incentives.
 

• Other Considerations

1. Participants must not exchange business cards or communicate privately with the judges to ensure the fairness and fairness of the scores.
2.The entire road show will be video recorded, please strictly follow the provisions of the organizers and do not resort to falsification.
3. In the semi-finals and finals, participating companies must report to the venue at the respective time according to notice. If they fail to arrive at the venue within the specific time, they are deemed to have renounce their participation automatically.
4. All presenters are prohibited from video recording, sound recording and taking photos privately.
