On April 11th, officers from Guangyang District, Langfang, visited Homevalley. Director Tan introduced Yangpu entrepreneurial and innovative environment and talent introduction policy. As Shanghai is ramping up its efforts to build a technology and innovation center of global influence, Yangpu District, once a traditional industrial hub that cultivated China’s first waterworks, power plants and textile mills, is now planning to become the most influential innovation hub in Shanghai.
