As Shanghai is ramping up its efforts to build a technology and innovation center of global influence, Yangpu District, once a traditional industrial hub that cultivated China’s first waterworks, power plants and textile mills, is now planning to become the most influential innovation hub in Shanghai. Yangpu has attracted lots of outstanding talents and enterprises. As a third party talent service institution, Homevalley aims to play a more influential role in introduction and development of high-level talents.
