Officers from National Ministry of HRSS Visited Homevalley

On April 1st, officers from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and Shanghai Talents Service Center visited Homevalley. Jian Qiu, Chairman of Homevalley, and Ming Tan, Director of Yangpu Overseas High-level Talents Innovation Based Start-up Companies Supporting Center, warmly welcomed them.

Chairman Qiu introduced Homevalley to officers from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China. Homevalley is a cross-border enterprises service platform. Located in central business district of Shanghai, Homevalley dedicates its effort to serving global high-end talents with startup base and future college as its core. It enjoys great support from Shanghai municipality with rich resources in government, capital, technology and marketing; meanwhile, with overseas resources and networks in Silicon Valley, New York and Seattle, Homevalley provides professional services on industrial base, training, overseas talents, corporate consultation and investment.

Chairman Qiu study abroad in early years and then returned to China to start his business. With rich entrepreneurial experience and deep understanding of overseas talents, Homevalley is committed to building a bridge between domestic and overseas talent services in entrepreneurship counseling, market docking and investment and financing.
 
Director Tan presented Yangpu Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotional Video and talked about talent introduction policy. As a national dual-creation demonstration base and an important carrying area of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center, Yangpu District has successively released a series of policies to optimize the business environment and attract outstanding talents and enterprises.
With the innovation-driven development in China, talent is the foundation of innovation. Deputy Director Li expressed his expectation that more third-party talent service organizations like Homevalley can play an increasingly large role in the development of high-level talents.
